My approach to homeschool consultancy draws on experience across both traditional schools and private education. As a qualified teacher, I understand the importance of academic progression, assessment and curriculum expectations; as a private educator, I also understand that successful learning does not need to replicate a conventional classroom.
I have supported children learning across different curricula, countries and educational environments, including education built around international travel. This allows me to help families combine academic structure with the flexibility and individualisation that homeschooling can offer.

Homeschooling While Travelling
For families who travel frequently, spend extended periods abroad or divide their time between different countries, maintaining consistency in a child’s education can be challenging. With the right planning, however, travel can become an extraordinary part of their education rather than an interruption to it.
Drawing on my experience educating children while travelling internationally, I help families create flexible academic programmes that move with them. This can include identifying the core learning that needs to remain consistent, selecting portable resources and online programmes, creating realistic routines around changing schedules, and ensuring children continue to make academic progress wherever they are.

A travelling education does not need to replicate a conventional school day. For children who remain connected to a particular school system or curriculum, I can also help ensure that essential academic objectives continue to be covered. This can be particularly important for families who intend for their child to return to school, are working towards future examinations, or move regularly between different educational systems.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
Some of the most memorable learning happens when children can connect what they have studied with the world around them. Geography can be experienced through landscapes and cities, history through the places where it happened, mathematics through everyday problem-solving, and science through environments, museums and wildlife.
The aim is not to turn every family experience into a lesson. Instead, I help families find a balance between academic continuity, flexibility and the opportunities that travelling naturally creates.
